Product character
The Sulphur Brown 4 is dark brown powder. Easy to absorb moisture. Insoluble in water, soluble in sodium sulfide solution. Produce black-brown precipitate in hydrochloric acid; Bluish-green in concentrated sodium hydroxide solution. Partially soluble in water. It is reddish brown in sodium sulfide solution. In the case of concentrated sulphuric acid is dark brown.}, 4 trisanitro-4 'diphenylamine with copper sulfate, grape '} and sodium sulfide after reduction, then vulcanized, oxidized.
Main features
A. Sulphur Deep Brown GN is mainly used for dyeing cotton, linen, viscose fibers and their fabrics, and also for dyeing Vinylon, Vinylon cotton blended fabrics, with poor evenness. It is also used to blend dark brown colors.
B. Using mixed cresol (or m-cresol, p-cresol) as raw material, mixed cresol (or M-cresol, p-cresol) and sodium polysulfide were baked at 270-755℃. With or without copper sulfate. The finished product is obtained by grinding.
C. After vulcanization, condensation, closed loop, oxidation and other reactions and post-treatment, generally do not exist in free state in dyes; Not allergic dyes and carcinogenic dyes, salt consumption is very small.
D. When used, it is reduced with alkali sulphur, and then oxidized, and an insoluble dye fixed on the fiber is re-formed, and the intermolecular force is combined.
Note:

②The dyes is applied in advance to the commendation(wetting);
③After add dyes,usually heat at 1℃/min,heating to 98-100℃,and then keep the temperature 45-60 min for dyeing.
④After dyeing,washing→ Oxidation of air or oxidants,40℃ and keeping 20min →washing→drying
The Sulphur Brown 4 must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
